Roast Figs With Bacon & Feta

INGREDIENTS

6 Rashers of air-cured, thick-cut streaky bacon

12 Fresh figs, halved lengthways and stems removed

1 Block (200g) of feta (or goat’s) cheese, crumbled

METHOD


1. 
Get your DELIVITA oven to a nice roasting Temp about 160-200°C



2. Lay the bacon on a baking tray and roast until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.



3. 
Arrange the figs cut-side up on a tray. Top each half with a bit of cheese and a few crumbles of bacon.



4. 
Roast until the cheese melts and the edges of the figs are golden.
